March 2015 – Marketing Segment combined an intriguing and inviting image with an interest-grabbing headline to make this a successful newsletter. It was visually enticing and the technical integration of live content, including video, countdown clock and location finder made this newsletter a sweet treat all around.
April 2015 – International Segment is the perfect example of how successful segmentation has been, resulting in the highest click-to-open rate of the year. Targeting small business customers who want, and need this information has proven to be a mutually beneficial endeavor providing FedEx with interested customers, and offering useful and engaging content to small business owners.
