The CF SHOP! app is the best way to make the most of your next trip to the mall. Laddering up to Cadillac Fairview’s new brand strategy, Connecting 20 malls across Canada, CF SHOP! is the only official app for Canada’s premier collection of shopping malls.
The app provided value for both the shopper and the CF content managers in the following ways:
CF SHOPPERS – With the aid of consumer research and analytics, we were able to determine the three core content areas that customers were looking for: hours, promotions and store directories. This became the foundation of the app, making it easier for customers to find what they were looking for while on the go – and all in one place. Building on these core areas, we then created an experience that provided additional services and utility, such as the text concierge, park-aide and personalized lists. The ultimate goal was to provide a more productive and efficient shopping experience within the CF malls, which was achieved in a very short time.
CF CONTENT MANAGERS - By creating one app, which was customized to twenty separate properties, we made it easier to update content quickly and efficiently. Content updates can be both national and local – but happen all in one place, simplifying content management processes.
