What’s more challenging than radically modernizing brand perception of one of the most long-standing brands on the planet? While at 164 years old Western Union is a household name, Western Union Digital's team was challenged by the company’s primary recognition for its retail channel instead of its newer digital channels (westernunion.com and the WU App). The Western Union Digital division needed a campaign that would increase awareness of its digital products and drive money transfer conversions on those properties.
Westernunion.com created a year-long, digital-first sweepstakes campaign which allowed its hard-working global customers to win the American Dream. We created a thoughtful creative strategy that strategically positioned Westernunion.com at the forefront of American optimism and the celebration of diversity, all the while driving digital awareness and conversions.
