CRC actively encourages a free marketplace of ideas among its employees – an environment that fosters innovative solutions to address unmet social, cultural, and economic needs within and outside the company’s legacy field of real estate. Proud of this successful model, CRC sought to communicate its purpose-driven approach via an engaging video that would resonate with its audience while differentiating it from competitors.
Developed in sync with CRC’s rebranding, the CRC Culture Video was created with three distinct audiences in mind – existing and potential business partners, recruits, and internal employees. The video’s goals are also threefold: showcase CRC’s purpose-driven perspective and therefore inspire collaboration among new and existing business partners; pique interest from potential employees who aspire to work for a socially driven company; and concretely define that unique corporate philosophy while rallying current employees around the new brand.
The artistic, stop-motion video is atypical within the real estate industry, paralleling how CRC itself operates: thinking, doing, and seeing things from an uncommon perspective. Priding itself on its team of passionate and creative individuals, CRC naturally wanted the video to reflect these qualities. Shot entirely in CRC’s corporate office, the video provides a glimpse of the company culture, reinforced by the positivity of the upbeat background instrumental, while hitting on the core values that drive the team’s day-to-day. Housed on the Culture page of the new CRC Companies website, the video distinctly and memorably communicates the company’s ethos while rounding out a robust website showcasing CRC’s service lines and project portfolio.
