Target Audience : While many of the basic demographic attributes of our target audience varied greatly, we identified three key differentiators that represented a majority of our best guests: Affluence: Gateway Canyons is a high end luxury resort, featuring a collection of activities that can only be experienced here. Additionally, due to its remote location getting to Gateway Colorado frequently involves a charted jet or helicopter. Our best guests have the means to become frequent visitors, which requires a certain income ($250K/yr) and net worth tier ($1M+). A Love for the Outdoors: Whether it be horseback riding, fly fishing or hiking our guests have a love for nature and respect for truly unadulterated landscapes. Adventure Travelers: Adrenaline junkies and thrill seekers find themselves at home here with a high end Baja racing track, mountain biking and off-road touring. They don’t leave home without their GoPro camera’s rolling. Goals: 1. Generate awareness of Gateway Canyons among relevant consumers. 2. Educate these consumers on what Gateway Canyons offers and what high end outdoor/adventure experience they can curate for themselves. Our ads were intended to help these consumers envision themselves at the property, checking-off activities from their bucket list that they always wanted to experience but didn't know where to find them. 3. Influence these consumers enough to entice them to book their vacation, driving revenue and room nights for the resort.
