Flextronics’s primary audience includes thought leaders in the technology space but also decision-makers in healthcare, automotive, aerospace, agriculture, consumer goods, manufacturing and more.
Flextronics, a $26 billion company with 200,000 employees in 30 countries, helps design and manufacture smart devices. Their technology goes into fitness gear (shoes, clothing, the FitBit), the Google Chromecast and more. Our challenge was to raise awareness of the other innovations this company is pioneering in healthcare, aerospace and more. CMO Michael Mendenhall worked with Edelman to develop Flextronics’s unique role in the Internet of Things (IoT), which he defined as the Intelligence of Things.
Edelman was tasked with helping company leadership present this platform at global events. After securing engagements at the International CES, DLD and the World Economic Forum, Edelman’s Creative Newsroom launched a quarterly print magazine, INTELLIGENCE, a companion digital-mobile website and media support. Two thousand 70-page 11”x15” magazines were produced and distributed by Edelman at hotels and meeting places in Davos. TheIntelligenceofThings.com continues to evolve and grow.
