Leveraging compelling customer testimonies, Naturopathica launched a Social Proof Email Campaign. The emails featured user-submitted photos and reviews collected from customer surveys, customer service and social media that featured authentic customer testimonials. With the goals of driving engagement and conversions, the campaign was a success story with opens rates 6.27% higher than average, read rates 10.45% higher than average, a click through rate 22.55% higher than average, and an AOV 18.4% higher than average.
