AT&T CAPTURES THEIR AUDIENCE
Email sign ups for AT&T were on the decline, for a number of reasons. One was the dated look and feel of their email capture - another was the large amount of personal information required of site visitors. So AT&T asked Acxiom Digital Impact for a redesign with a limited amount of information fields.
So... this. We totally revamped their email capture site and confirmation email, for an engaging user experience. Now, data fields are limited and more relevant, the copy is conversational, and the design better supports AT&T's brand guidelines. Where as the old design relied heavily on text, this updated version uses images and icons to move the user through the simplified sign up process. It's fresh and user-friendly - with mega appeal.
