Best Publishing Online Campaign

Launched in February 2014, The Decoded Company: Know Your Talent Better Than You Know Your Customers (Portfolio/Penguin) is the New York Times bestselling business book that reveals how Klick and a growing number of progressive companies, like Google, Starbucks, and Whole Foods are decoding employee work data in the same way that apps like Facebook, Netflix, Spotify decode customer data to personalize, simplify and enhance the user experience. Written by Klick Health executives (first-time authors without an established reader base), the book’s success has largely been driven by the awareness generated through the PR launch and ongoing campaign aimed at business executives, technology enthusiasts, and human resource professionals, particularly in North America.

As a digital-first agency, we relied on multiple digital elements to drive traffic to our campaign, including digital advertising in industry publications across the US and Canada. Consistent imagery and messaging united the campaign.

Digital advertising ran in industry throughout the target geography. Four main formats were chosen to maximize exposure.
