Miami Children’s Hospital (MCH) is a world leader in pediatric healthcare and wanted to boost their digital presence to reach a greater portion of their target market. Rise used a display ad campaign and to increase performance, Rise ran the ads through the agency’s proprietary online media buying platform: Rise Trading Desk (RTD). The RTD is technology-agnostic and utilizes a mix of powerful tools that employs a variety of state-of-the-art targeting capabilities that allows MCH to invest their budget into showing the right ads for the right audiences. By leveraging audience segments, contextual targeting, geo targeting, and site targeting, Rise was able to deliver the most effective and relevant ads at the best rate.
To hone in MCH’s target audiences, Rise developed five different display ads. One ad showcased the hospital’s authority by highlighting their national rankings by U.S. News and World Report, the next three ads featured three of those nationally-ranked sub-specialties and lastly, they created Sam. The Sam ad told his success story at MCH with very little text, but maximum impact. Although Sam and his story were fictional, he represents the thousands of children MCH has helped.
Rise analyzed the performance data allowed Rise to identify the best positioning for the ads and how to capitalize on additional opportunities. This allowed Rise to provide MCH with the best results possible, in an efficient way. To date, the ads have had more than 38 million online impressions and the conversions, measured by consultation requests, have increased week over week.
