To introduce new users to the Naturopathica brand, Naturopathica launched a Welcome Series of emails. With gorgeous, branded photography that set the tone for the Naturopathica experience, this email series offered a special offer, insight into the brand founder & CEO, and highlighted the products that make Naturopathica the spa industry’s best-kept secret. Triggered at signup through a modal window, an automated engine released this branded sequence of emails.
The Welcome Series has a +48% open rate, +10% click rate and +24% conversion rate – the highest engagement results from an email campaign. Since launch, sales from the Welcome Series alone lifted total e-commerce sales +6%, and lifted total web traffic +12%. New customer sales have lifted +107% year over year.
