MXM Social wrote, directed and produced “Master Cut Gems” as a docu-monial (documentary + testimonial) web video featuring candid and unscripted interviews with the business’ owner and his wife. This style of video places the emphasis on the authenticity of the customer through a firsthand account of the partnership between Master Cut Gems and Time Warner Cable Business Class (TWCBC). The video also features working footage of the small business facility, further adding to the film’s authenticity and customer focus. In just a few short months, this video gathered over 500 views and increased the brand’s social presence across YouTube and Facebook. “Master Cut Gems,” was produced as part of a larger digital video series that showcases authentic customer testimonials on behalf of TWCBC. The primary goal of the series is to tell a story that demonstrates the relationship between TWCBC and various-sized businesses. Through the production and social dissemination of unscripted and unrehearsed videos like “Master Cut Gems” MXM Social has ensured the authenticity and client service of TWCBC is both seen and heard.
