Microsoft and HP joined together to promote Windows 8 on HP devices before the holidays. These two companies are undeniably a powerful duo and we felt it only fitting to compare them to some other fantastic combinations in both life and history. Not only were we paying homage Microsoft and HP, but also to the newest technology of touch screens and their users. Throughout the banner we used a series of eye catching vibrant colors, sliding into frame like the tiles on Windows 8. At the end of the ad, we present the actual HP PC’s and tablets on a clean background. Our audience is made up largely of people that are familiar with Microsoft and HP products, so we felt it was best to catch their attention with clever copy, as opposed to using the ad to highlight specific features.
