Christophe Harbour, a 2,500-acre resort community on St. Kitts, offers a diverse selection of Caribbean ownership opportunities for homes, homesites and superyacht marina slips. The Christophe Harbour Sales App for iPad streamlines the sales process at this burgeoning island community like never before. The app is used primarily at the Christophe Harbour sales office in St. Kitts. Rather than carrying an armful of brochures, Christophe Harbour representatives and potential buyers can easily tap through pricing, photo galleries, community information and much more. As the prospective buyer takes their tour around the island, they have the iPad in hand and can easily reference maps, home renderings and property boundaries as they survey the land that will someday become theirs. The app is also used at yachting and citizenship conferences around the globe, from Monaco to Miami, to gather leads and introduce guests to Christophe Harbour’s breathtaking views and ownership opportunities.
