The primary goal of the NetSpend mobile app is to provide a great banking experience for our customers.
Beautiful visuals, simple interactions, meaningful animations, and extensive user research and testing, all together with a human voice and touch, allow us to deliver this experience.
Accessibility is also a top priority. Lots of financial banking apps don’t support tablets, a category on the rise; we do. With insights from analytics, research, and testing at our lab, we’re able to know it’s right to do things like log users directly into their transaction history and available balance with no extraneous user input required, and strongly prioritize money movement features over account management features.
