The Eilan Hotel Resort & Spa is an esteemed member of the Leading Hotels of the World, making it one of the elite group of luxury hotels recognized for their outstanding level of service. The resort recognized the need of social profiles, not only to connect with travelers on the medium of their choice, but also because search engines now place high importance on social signal. Milestone developed an extensive social media plan for the property, which includes an enhanced Facebook business page inclusive of a custom tab. The custom tab was developed as the property’s “website” within Facebook where travelers can gather information about the property, amenities, services, and more. Within this custom tab, Milestone also integrated an easy booking form that allows Facebook fans to check rates and book rooms directly from Facebook.
