In case you haven’t noticed, we have just completed a new
redesign of our WebAward competition website. Thanks to our sponsor
Small Army for developing
the design for our site and Chip Lowell at
Velocity Micro for
heading the implementation.
This year we will be providing all participants with not
only their final score, but the average of their score for each judging
criteria. These will then be benchmarked against the industry category and the
competition overall.

This year we have simplified the process of entering sites
by offering a single account to submit your entries and check on their status
throughout the competition. Click here
to create your own account now.
You can earn money by helping us to spread the word about
the WebAwards. Our new referral program will pay you $20 for each new person who
enters a new site in the 2012. Sign in
to your WebAward account for complete details.
In the past only the nominator could submit a change to an entry
after the deadline. Under current rules the person listed as the back up contact
can also now submit changes in addition to the nominator.
Press releases submitted from WebAward winners will now be
available in our Online Media Center.
Websites submitted after the deadline date are subject to a
$50 late fee per entry in addition to normal entry fees.
April 2 – 2012 Call for Entries Officially Opens

date)
June 15 – Drop Dead Deadline for Entry
June 18 – Judging Begins
