Through the redesign of www.thackercaskets.com and build of a “virtual selection room”, agencyQ enabled Thacker to become more competitive in their market and expand their business to new geographic locations. To achieve Thacker’s business goals during the redesign of thackercaskets.com, Q provided a “refreshed” look and feel with advanced functionality for not only Thacker but their associated Funeral Home partners. The new website included the following features: •Advanced search functionality to enable product search and filtering based on size, style, price range and location. •Single log on that routes participating funeral homes to product selections based on local inventories. •Ease of product page development to provide funeral homes the capability to setup product features and attach specific prices to the products they offer •Provide funeral homes with the reporting capability to print/export casket price list and general lists of caskets for their customers. •Integration with Adobe Scene 7 to showcase Thacker products including zooming capabilities, 360 degree views and panel overlays. •Flexibility for funeral homes to apply themes to their Thacker Product showrooms to match the specific funeral homes’ branding. •Mobile-friendly implementation to allow funeral homes to showcase Thacker products on an iPad.
