The end of December through February is typically an extremely slow period for YOTEL New York. Therefore, the hotel was looking for a quick and effective way to boost reservations. Playing off of Cyber Monday, YOTEL New York worked with HeBS Digital to launch a holiday promotional rate of $129. The email promo offer utilized the hotel’s entire opt-in list of 76,000 individuals. The list targeted both travelers in the United States and the United Kingdom that would be visiting New York for either leisure or business.
The special had a limited booking window which created a sense of urgency and encouraged potential visitors to book. The results were astounding, producing an ROI of 11,345%.
