Oxford Handbooks Online (OHO) was first released in 2009 as an e-book database delivering titles from the prestigious Oxford Handbooks series in four subject areas – Business and Management, Philosophy, Political Science, and Religion. Since the product first launched it has established an impressive global customer and user base across the globe. However, after monitoring site use and conducting intensive market research it was decided to relaunch OHO with 10 new subject areas and a new focus on article delivery. The first priority of this relaunch was to successfully migrate existing customers over to the new site, ensuring that they understood technical implications of the relaunch and additionally that they saw the new site and publishing model as a benefit to their users. This brochure was used throughout waves of customer communication leading up to and after the relaunch. After the site launched, a second version of the digital brochure was created for new customers, which did not include information about migrating over to the new site.
