The Cliffs target audience is the high-end real estate prospect seeking an inclusive lifestyle, not exclusive – as the Cliffs is a family of communities. The ideal prospect is active and seeks a lifestyle punctuated by memorable experiences for him/her self and their loved ones. Further, the Cliffs audience seeks a diversity of experience; through 8 unique communities, Spa Quality amenities, Wellness, Golfing, Organic Farming and taking in the beauty and magic of the Carolina Preserve. The goal of the new website was to create a high-end online presence. This new site allows the audience to get the information they need to potentially purchase in this community.
